Endorsements

I agree, allow and consent Omni Amity, Octavio Norena, and/or contracted affiliates the right to obtain endorsement deals of choice, including but not limited to TV, Movies, music video, commercials, advertisements online and offline, radio, and other, Live performances.

I agree, allow and consent Omni Amity, Octavio Norena, and/or contracted affiliates the rights to use in live performances.

I agree, allow and consent to Omni Amity, Octavio Norena, and/or contracted affiliates' rights to use in live performances for profit.

Recreating content.

I agree, allow and consent Omni Amity, Octavio Norena, and/or affiliate permission to recreate, rearrange, reuse, and alter content submitted in this contract.

i agree and understand, siging artist is not to recreate content in this agreement without permissions from omni amity and/or Octavio Norena.

Profit split

I agree and understand Omni Amity, Octavio Norena will claim and receive 65% of the profit generated from online streams, distribution services and Sales of recorded content.

I agree and understand the signing artist will receive 35% of the profit generated from online streams, distribution services and sales of recorded content.

I agree and understand that Payment to contracted artists will be paid in the form of but not limited to, automatic payment, check, and/or direct deposit.

I agree and understand All profits generated from this project/ content will be managed and distributed by Octavio Norena, Omni Amity and/or permitted affiliates.

I agree and understand Omni amity and/or Octavio Norena will choose the services of choice for distribution and Sales of content.

I agree and understand that I am aware that Terms and conditions may apply with specific platforms and services used to distribute. Please review the terms and conditions of the distribution platforms and services. Excess fees may apply depending on the platform or services used to distribute this content.

Collaborative Artist permissions

I agree and understand The signing artist is allowed to perform the song live for profit (profits split from performances will be determined based on the number of songs, albums, and works and/or collaborations with Omni Amity and Octavio Norena.

I agree and understand Signing Artists must repost content from the Omni Amity network/platform/portfolio/social media.

I agree and understand Signing Artists may display content in personal portfolios and social media for nonprofits, Artists must show source links to content from Omni amity and Octavio Norena's portfolio or social network platform.

I agree and understand The signing Artist is allowed to perform content live.

I agree and understand Signing Artist is allowed to repost content on social networks and online platforms, not for profit.

I agree and understand If the Signing artist chooses to share or promote content, Artist must share content from official Omni Amity portfolios, social networks, and online streaming services and platforms.

I agree and understand the content will be managed and released under, with, and through Octavio Norena, Omni Amity, Omni Amity platforms, Omni Amity social media, and permitted affiliates and entities associated with Omni Amity and Octavio Norena.

Release of content

I agree, understand and consent these projects may be documented with audio recordings, video recordings, and photos to display on Octavio Norena's and/or omni amity online portfolio of choice and for Quality assurance. I consent to allow Octavio Norena and Omni amity, any affiliates or hired companies/services/contractors to record content. I understand, consent, and allow Recorded content to be used for commercial use, released to the public, and to promote the ongoing business of Octavio Norena and Omni amity.

Signing artist Assigned role in the project/s:

I understand and agree that my role in this contracted content is an Actor/ actress

I understand and agree that my role in this contracted content is an creative writer

Arbitration

I agree and understand signing artist is not to sue or take legal action against Octavio Norena and or Ommi amity for any issues related to contracted content in this agreement.

I agree and understand that the signing artist is not to have someone represent the signing artist in the case of a lawsuit or to sue or take legal action against Octavio Norena and or Ommi amity for any issues related to contracted content in this agreement.

I agree and understand In no situation will a signing artist sue Omni amity, Octavio Norena, and anyone under the label for issues related to the contracted content in this agreement. Omni amity is not responsible for legal action related to the contracted content in this agreement.

I agree and understand The signing artist will not leave Omni Amity and /or Octavio Norena responsible for any legal charge, lawsuits, and/or legal action taken against the content agreed to in this project, for any changes to the project or, issues, terms, conditions, and policies from music distribution service used, social media platforms endorsment deals and contracts signed related to project this includes changes in payment, and policies, services contracts and even between platforms but is not limited to these listed here.

I agree and understand Omni Amity and/or Octavio Norena has the right to terminate this agreement and discontinue the use of content in this agreement.

I agree and understand The signing artist will not sue Omni Amity, Octavio Norena, and/or any partners and affiliates and you will not leave Omni Amity, Octavio Norena, and/or any partners and affiliates responsible for any legal issues or any experiences that could arise from working with but not limited to, · Current and future loss of earnings. · Medical bills. · Cost of future medical treatment · Household expenses. · Costs associated with canceled trips or any changes in plans caused by your injury. · Mental anguish. · Pain and suffering. · Personal injury. · Enforcing a Contract. · Breach of Warranty. · Product Liability. · Property Disputes. · Replacing a Trustee.

I agree and understand The signing Artist is not a representative, Worker, or employee of Omni Amity or Octavio Norena. The signing artist is expected to follow the laws of the regions they have a domicile of origin to and/or are a temporary resident/ visitor and will not leave Omni Amity and/ or Octavio Norena responsible for any Breach of the law, Crimes committed, infractions and will not assume fault on Omni Amity and/or Octavio Norena.

I agree and understand This agreement is subject to revision by Omni Amity and/or Octavio Norena. The original agreement has been documented and is not to be changed without authorization from Omni Amity and/or Octavio Norena. Unauthorized changes to the contract may result in legal penalties and or legal actions taken against the signing artist.

I understand A Final copy of the project may be submitted to the signing artist upon request.
