I understand that calls to Omni Amity may be recorded for quality assurance.

I agree to submit Any details regarding the job to the TaskRabbit chat prior to the day of the job so Octavio can prepare for the job.

I understand if I send the wrong address I will be charged by the hour for making my booked tasker commute to the correct address.

I understand if i add extra work during the job, the extra work may or may not be completed. I understand It is my resposibility to include all details before booking the job.

***Quality assurance documentation:*** I understand jobs/projects may be documented with audio recordings, video recordings, and photos to display on Octavio Norena's online portfolio of choice and for Quality assurance of the job. I consent to allow Octavio Norena and Omni amity, any affiliates or hired companies/services/contractors to record while working on the property. I understand, consent, and allow Recorded content produced during the job to be used for commercial use and to promote the ongoing business of Octavio Norena and Omni amity. I understand I am not entitled to any royalties and will not receive any payouts or royalties generated from content created during the job. I assume full responsibility to let anyone on the property know the job may be recorded and used for commercial use. I understand if I am booking the job for someone else, I am responsible to let the person I'm booking the job for know that the job is being recorded and documented with photos, video, and audio recording. I understand the failure to inform the person I'm booking the job for, I assume legal responsibility.

I assume full responsibility for any incomplete job.

***Excess fees:*** (If applicable) I understand excess fees may apply to specific jobs, Such as materials supplies,parking fee but is not limited to these listed. I understand I will be charged a "material fee". For example, if I buy 1000 bulk materials and only use 5 pieces to complete the job, you are charged a "material fee". You are not paying for 1000 bulk materials because I am charging a material fee. Material fees vary based amount and type of materials needed for the job. I understand I have to reimburse Octavio Norena for and paid parking during the job and the cost will be added to the final expenses on my invoice.

***Rescheduling inconvenience fee.*** I understand I will be charged an $80 inconvenience fee if I reschedule the job (task rabbit fees apply)

***task rabbit fees*** I understand TaskRabbit charges fees on every completed job.

I understand TaskRabbit charges a cancelation fee. After the job is approved and agreed to, if I cancel within 24 hours of the job, I will be charged a cancelation fee.

I understand if I do not open the correct contract for a job, I am required to open the correct contract based on the job you need. I understand not all jobs are priced the same. I understand Some jobs require multiple contracts. The client is fully responsible for any difference in pricing.

I understand, After being given an estimate on the job, the job could take more or less time than the estimated time provided. I understand no two jobs are the same. I understand Every job comes with different circumstances that can affect the time estimate.

****Workers****(If applicable) I understand Some jobs require multiple people to complete a job. In the case that a job needs multiple people, I may help, but I am solely, legally liable for any injuries caused to yourself and any damages I cause to the property. I understand If you don't want to help complete a job or hire someone, the job may or may not be completed. I assume full responsibility for anyone I hire to help complete the job.

***Client not at location: *** I understand If I am not at the location and/or if I don't let Octavio Norena in to do the job, I'll be charged the 2-hour minimum going rate. I understand the charge is non-refundable. I understand The non-refundable Charge can not be used for the next booking. I understand it is recommended that the client should be at the location Of the job this will help us communicate results and solutions.

I understand all the taskrabbit terms, agreements, and policies.

****Minimum charge per job.**** I understand there is a two-hour minimum charge when booking Octavio Norena on task rabbit. (2-hour minimum charge per day/job/commute).

*** Mounting***( if applicable) I understand Depending on the circumstances of the mounting jobs, a licensed carpenter may or may not be required to complete the mounting request. I understand mounting may be rejected if the job is not safe or poses legal liability, such as, causing damage to plumbing, electrical, or structural support, and are not limited to these cases. I understand. if Octavio Norena is unable to secure my items to the wall, I am responsible to get any furniture and/or items mounted at my expense. I understand Octavio Norena legally has the right to say no to a request that will pose legal issues, endanger a client or damage the client's property.
